I'm assuming you're new to the internet. They are the date and time the message was sent.
It's set as "Day/Month - Time of day". I didn't add a year since it's kinda unneeded,
we all know what year it is so specifying that in every message is a bit much.
Also go to off-topic to discuss things like this and welcome to the forum!

How do you think they FORM though??? :O I think I read somewhere that it COULD be from when stars EXPLODE!!!! I don't really know though... :l
